I paint to find where my spirit resides. My current paintings are entries into the unknown, works that strive to transcend the boundaries of the physical world and transport the viewer into regions where the soul has passed through. I see my works as living fields of energy made up of mythoglyphic forms and patterns. Painted with weight and fullness, these patterns represent an infinite, eternal presence.
It is important to me that my art convey realms of light and darkness, time and timelessness, space and void.
I am captivated by the nature and mystery of the human experience and continue to explore this phenomenon so that I might share a glimpse into the substance of the universe.
