I recently moved from L.A. to Chicago. I grew up in Chicago and graduated from the SAIC before going on my worldly adventures. I always have had a deep affinity with the Chicago "Imagists" of the 60s and have been influenced by their raw "in-your-face" emotive works. My artistic goal is to be true to my eye and aesthetic instinct. Flowers, landscapes and family portraits are nice.. but I try to push beyond that world.
